Description
This adventure is located in the heart of La Fortuna Village, about 10 to 20 minutes away from most of the hotels in the Arenal area. This family-owned natural reserve combines different environments. Among them are river-bordering forests, swamps, small lagoons, and diverse vegetation species. These combined ecosystems are essential to encounter some of the creatures unique in Central and South America: Two and three two-toed sloths; who in addition, share their habitat with many other beautiful neotropical animals, such as toucans, monkeys, iguanas, and other species of birds...
The next experience will initiate at dusk. This is the perfect schedule to enjoy the transition into nocturnal wildlife, right when amphibians, insects, and reptiles increase their interactions through the mysteries of the night.
After this night walk, you are invited to be part of our local traditions, then nothing better, than authentic cuisine… Handmade “Tortillas", season fruit drinks, sweet plantains, coffee, and more. All these, plenty of authentic flavor, tradition, and culture.
