Get ready for a full day of natural wonder just minutes from La Fortuna. This tour combines three of the region's most iconic experiences, perfect for those who want to see it all.
Walk High Above the Rainforest. Begin your journey at the Arenal Hanging Bridges. On a 2.5-hour, 2-mile walk, you'll cross six suspended bridges for a unique perspective of the Neotropical forest. Your expert guide will use professional spotting equipment to help you find and identify diverse wildlife and lush plant life, offering an unforgettable look at one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet.
Hike the Path of the Volcano. Next, you'll travel to the Arenal Volcano lava fields. Hike a trail that ranges from 1.5 to 4 miles, exploring the landscape forged by the massive 1968 eruption. Your guide will explain the fascinating geological history of the volcano as you walk over ancient lava flows and through areas where the forest is now reclaiming the land.
Splash into Paradise. The adventure concludes with a visit to the breathtaking La Fortuna Waterfall. Take a short walk down to the base of this powerful 213-foot cascade. Here, you can swim in the cool, clear waters, take stunning photos, and relax after your hike.
